Sufficient cooler?

I am not certain which cooler would be sufficient for the Ryzen 5 3600. I'm looking at PCS FrostFlow 100 V2 (£19) and CoolerMaster 120 (£40). Is liquid cooling an overshoot for this CPU considering I will not attempt to overclock it?

Stock cooler is fine for the 3600. Quiet too, although there have been mentions of the odd noisy one.

My personal experience is that the stock cooler on the 3600 is more than ample....I run Forza Horizon 4 (on the highest possible settings) for most of the day, along with having Firefox open for the same duration (sometimes more than one tab) and sometimes other programs such as Discord and have never had any cooling issues.
