technical problem

monitor saying no input signal when connected to pc (yes i have checked all connections) and

also now when i go to turn pc off from power button it doesnt i have to flip the psu off.

this happened after my ps4 which usually sits on top fell of and hit the back panel of the pc

i did get a blue screen about a problem that said something about operating system kernel

any help appreciated

Is this a pcspecialist pc? Can you post your full specs from the order page?

Have you always been turning the PC off via the button rather than from the menu?

no its a custom but this is the only place i could find that might be able to help

normally gets turned off via menu but on the odd occasion the button done this for years and never had a fault
