Is that the Deathadder V2 or Essential? The Essential does look like really good value, under £25 on Amazon at the moment.
Mouse confirmed based on above question.
Monitor confirmed.
Keyboard confirmed.
Webcam confirmed.
Mic almost confirmed.
Headset still between Corsair and Razer but leaning towards Corsair.

Thank you all for your input and patience, getting super excited about ordering tomorrow!
How much sleep you reckon you'll get tonight, I know if it was me I'd be going over everything making sure i was 110% sorted :ROFLMAO:

I don’t know much about peripherals so really what it the benefit over the normal sized mouse than the mini? Is it literally just the size?

Good comparison here: https://seekingtech.com/razer-deathadder-v2-vs-razer-deathadder-v2-mini/

Really, if you're just a relatively normal gamer, ie not playing online team matches all the time, the Mini is perfectly adequate.

The full size is slightly larger and heavier, more RGB, slightly better response time to clicks (we're talking nano seconds), can store more profiles and is 20,000 dpi vs 8,500.

Those are the main benefits which no doubt make the larger mouse a better mouse for a serious gamer.

Ever since you named this thread I've had Lewis Carroll going round in my head and have finally finished a verse:

The time has come, the walrus said,
to talk of new PCs
Of motherboards and graphics cards
and other parts like these,
Of Corsair and of Ryzen 9
which never will displease.

Hopefully my brain can now stop working on this...

So with Prime Day deals I am tempted to rethink my options.
Monitor: no change in the AOC but the Smasung G5 is down to £240. Might channel @Martinr36 hard and get 2 G5s instead.
Mouse: V2 mini is up to £36, V2 is down to £39 so gonna nab a regular V2.
Webcam and mic: no discount but still seem like great value buys and nothing has been discounted that could go into consideration.
Keyboard: seems like the bulk of discounts have been on Logitech products, not sure if there is anything to rival hanging tight with the K70 though.
Headset: no discount on the HS70, Razer Nari Ultimates are a bit cheaper but do they offer enough to be £25 extra?
Decisions will be made in the morning.

As far as headsets go, this one seemed pretty decent. Might grab it myself. I was hoping to see the AW381DW come down a bit (certainly below the £1k I can already get it at through employee discounts etc) but alas... the G5 at its current price is a steal.

Two G5s? Whilst it may the threesome fantasy of a certain forum member, it’s not the way to go and you know it. Go ultrawide even if it costs more, you know it’s the right choice. You’ll join a very exclusive club 😁

Re Keyboard what about the Logitech g815 is that comparable to the k70?

Ended up holding fast and the only thing I changed was switching mouse from V2 mini to V2. Saved £15 on a flash sale on the mic but sadly nothing else was on prime day deal. Was very tempted to go for the VG27AQ G5 combo, but trusting the judgement of AC, (and also to be honest as much as I want to I don't have space for 2 monitors at present.)

Ultrawide is definitely a better investment if you’re thinking about dual monitor
