Thinking of upgrading my PC

So case fans have a front:

and a back:

Air is drawn in from the front of the fan and out the back. So if a case fan is positioned with it's front facing out of the case, it's an intake fan (drawing air into the case) and if the back is facing out it's an exhaust (extracting air out of the case)

Your fan setup is probably less than ideal. You didn't need to order the extra three case fans, as the case came with three preinstalled at the front. Instead your cooler should have been mounted at the top as exhaust, and a plain non rgb fan fitted as exhaust at the rear. I think the 5 fans at the front are restricting air intake and not allowing the cooler to work effectively.

When you touch the cooler tubing to the CPU, can you feel movement (which would indicate cooler pump is working and circulating the fluid)?
I do agree with the extra fans, very unnecessary on my part. As Spyder stated, taking off the side panel hasn't seemed to reduce the temperature and there seems to be a good intake of air into the PC from the front fans.

Touching the cooler I do feel movement.

The 5 near the front are taking in the air while the rear and ceiling fans are taking it out.

You can tell very easily if it's airflow within the case or the cooler.

If you open the side panel, do the temps massively reduce? If so then it's an airflow problem

If they don't then it's a cooler problem

My bet is on the cooler as previously suggested, that CPU requires top end cooling, H115i Capellix really as a minimum.

No reduction in temperature, pretty sure it's a cooler problem. I'm prepared to get a cooler however PC Specialist do not allow that configuration of a H115i (or even a H100i) to take place. I'm not sending it back however I'm just using it as a check to make sure it's acceptable.

Would I still be able to integrate this cooler into the PC? Is the RGB Ram getting in the way?

I'm happy to remove the 2 fans on the ceiling and replace it with the cooler.

As said previously, it will happily fit an H100i on the front, or you'd have to take measurements to see if the H115i would fit on the roof.

Here’s a view of the PC.

I know you mentioned the H115i could be measured to see if it fit on the top. Would putting it against the front fans like cooler here be an option too?

And is PC Specialist saying it won’t fit because of its radiator size actually true? I checked the case’s website and it says it fits 280mm

No, as mentioned previously with the provided images, that case can only take 240mm radiator on the front as you already have. The H115i is a 280mm rad.

Yes, the H115i is a 280mm radiator. It's not the length that's the problem on the roof, the roof will take up to 360mm as we've already shown you last year. You need to measure if the depth is acceptable with the RGB RAM.

This was all pointed out last year.

I strongly recommend you do something sooner rather than later. If you're using the PC while it's over 80c, you may have already damaged the CPU, it's not designed to run at those temps. I would strongly advise NOT using the PC until you get a suitable cooler.

Okay so I measured the top and it wouldn't fit an H115i.

So the option is just installing an H100i on the front?

I was also wondering if just removing the front 3 fans and installing an H150i would be an option?

I saw this guy on YouTube do it here

Let me know :)
