Morning All

I just purchased a new Think vision monitor with built in webcam/microphone, The webcam is good quality and very happy but the microphone quality is muffled and no one can hear at all on conference calls.

I have searched the internet high and low to try and find a solution but cant find anything.

Have anyone had an issue with a built in microphone?

Seems to be a manufacturing issue, I don't think it's something you can correct, but I'd contact the manufacturer to raise it:

It's not private, what I meant was that's not the kind of thing this forum is about, it's for advice on PC systems.
