Thoughts + Advice on spec for office/poker use please?

(I own a 3yr+ old case that fitted my old AW9D-MAX (Intel i975-ICH7) (Socket 775) m/b - I assume I need a new one?)

Motherboard:
-----------I can't find a motherboard that has 2 x 1920*1200 outputs and supports 1600mhz RAM. I have an existing graphics card mentioned below, but it's pretty poor. Help please?-----------

It looks like getting 1600 RAM would require a P motherboard. Then that means relying on my shoddy graphics card.

I think this card has: HDMI/DVI/D-Sub, which is good for my dual monitors. It also has USB 3.0 so that's good.

It does say:

This m/b seems to have it all (apart from a detailed description). It's H67 Express and made by Intel. It has the HDMI/DVI-I and has USB 3.0.

I'll probably be getting a new case as I'm almost certain this m/b won't fit my current case, as my current m/b is socket 775.

Thoughts please someone?
