Wanted to go pretty extreme, just wondering if I should make any changes. Not sure about the cooling system specifically.

The i9 10900x is pointless for gaming, and indeed pointless for just about everything. A 9900k would give better performance.

32gb RAM is a waste for gaming. Not futureproof, just a waste.

You'll want a case with better airflow to cool the bits.

Get a larger and faster SSD

And for a PC of this budget, a better CPU cooler.

Either ditch the wifi card or up it to the AX200 £18 one, depends if you need wifi or not.

Consider alternative monitor options:

That AOC monitor is an older model, that is gsync-exclusive, locking you to Nvidia GPUs for future upgrades. And that AOC had fairly notorious QC issues, though tbh QC's not perfect on any monitors of this class so make sure you buy from somewhere with a good returns policy.

A monitor with Freesync or Gsync compatible would keep options open more.

Check out these:

IPS + Freesync + Gsync Compatible:
A newer cluster of monitors, 2019 onwards, essentially bringing IPS monitors with adaptive sync to a lower price point than the 'gsync' old guard. Newer panels, some with newer technologies e.g. LG's Nano IPS. Being gsync compatible and freesync, they are arguably more futureproof than gsync monitors as you can switch to an AMD GPU in the future and still use adaptive sync. All with HDR 400.
Asus TUF Gaming VG27AQ - tftcentral review
Gigabyte AORUS AD27QD (also NB the slightly newer FI27Q - apparently gigabyte offer a 0 bright pixel guarantee on both) - pcminitors.info review, tftcentral review
LG 27GL850-B nano IPS - Techspot review, Linus Tech Tips review video, tftcentral review.
LG 27GL83A-B, IPS, gsync compatible, using the same panel as the LG 27GL850-B, though lacks HDR and the wide colour gamut, but may actually be available in the UK unlike the 27GL850-B.
