Looking to upgrade from my laptop to a proper PC to start playing more games, ATM I'm playing a lot of CoD, CS:GO, Rainbow, GTA V and looking to go into Hitman and other games once I get a new build.

The main questions are:

Do I need to get the better cooler or is the standard AMD one fine?
Do I need a better wi-fi card?
Do I need more SSD storage?
And if I can save money anywhere else that could perhaps be put into upgrading a different part to get better performance that would be good to know as well thanks.

My current monitor is a 144 Hz monitor 1920x1080 I believe. My max budget at the moment is around £1300 and it will be mainly for gaming but maybe a bit of streaming and a bit for work as well.

When you say streaming, do you mean content creation to youtube or twitch or just streaming media from netflix etc?

Content creation - looking to perhaps to some twitch, but obviously if a less powerful CPU can be used instead then that is fine as well, if you think that would be a better approach.

Slightly rebalanced, for 1080p there's no need for anything over the GTX1660 Super, but adding the RTX2060 which will aid streaming. Processor is suitable, rest rebalanced a little for better upgradeability. You may wish to consider an extra 16Gb RAM once you've got available funds, prices are set to reduce by about 10% in coming weeks, so should be cheaper once you're ready for it:

I would be inclined to make a few changes to focus more on the base of the build rather than the GPU. The 5700XT is overkill and not often recommended.
