ThunderboltEX 3 card not working properly?

Hello - I'm having this exact same problem where the card recognises the thunderbolt device but not the drive (no drives show up at all in disk management but the thunderbolt software shows the device attached and windows gives an audible notification when it's plugged in)- did you ever work out a solution to this? If so can you PLEASE share - many thanks!

Is this a PCSpecialist machine? Can you post your full specs from the order page?
