Time for an ugrade...

After many years I think it's time to upgrade. I'm no expert and don't have fortunes to spend but could go a bit further than below but don't have the knowledge and would hate to waste unnecessary funds :) but would like something that can run Apex, Conan, these types of games.

Would the following spec be any good?
