Trouble with 144hz monitor (occasional stutter)

Hello, I recently purchased a 144hz monitor (BenQ Zowie xl2411p) and I have noticed a stuttering issue in games. The issue only occurs when there is any movement on my second monitor (60hz BenQ gl2450).
I have tried a lot to fix this issue, even running the screens on separate GPUs but nothing thus far has worked. I'll list my specs below any help is appreciated, Thanks.
Note: even though I'm running three monitors the problem persists with only 2.

Is this a PC Specialist system?

If so, what is the full spec from your order page?
I'll try and get it but it wasn't purchased on this account. If you ask for any parts I can probably list them.
I tried attaching a dxdiag.txt file but wasn't allowed.
