Two problems

The first is I bought windows 7 for my pc but im not sure where the product key is?

And second is that I tried connecting to my wireless but it only gets one-bar of strength (all my other laptops get full coverage) and it dosnt recognise the WEP key.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

There should be a windows sticker at the bottom of the laptop or back of the PC, I'm not sure about laptops but if this is a PC, have you screwed in the antennas at the back of the PC
