uhh pc rgb thing

I have this pc i just got it has an LED button on it but that only changes the front fan led's anyone know how i can change my processor fan? here are my specs:

cpu: i5
ram: 16gb
motherboard: ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. PRIME B460-PLUS
graphics: 1660 super
