Some keys on UltraNote: 14" laptop keyboard have stopped working.

Has anyone else had this issue?

Iv'e tried reinstalling the device driver for the keyboard and still no joy.

I'd like to try to un-connect and re-connect the keyboard cable connection so would like some advice on how to do that.

Is there a tech person here who puts these laptops together who could advise m?

I've opened my laptop before and am very confident in doing that, so issues there. Just kneed to know how I go about locating the keyboards connection cable etc... Can anyone help?

PCS don’t monitor the forums, you’d need to contact them directly for support.

The BSOD Doctor
Keyboards use a flat ribbon cable and the connectors can be very fiddly and are easily broken. Been there, done that. :)

If this is a hardware issue I'd suspect the keyboard itself rather than the cable.

Are you sure you have the correct language, region, and keyboard layout set in Windows?

Checked the language, region, and keyboard layout set in Windows and all is ok.
