UltraNote audio and screen issuese

Hi,

I ordered an UltraNote and received it in early December 2013.

My audio issue is that when I have something plugged into the laptop I get weird static noises with nothing playing which are more noticeable when moving the mouse or using the keyboard.

My screen issue is that initially I noticed a bright spot (spots that appear whiter than the rest of the screen when the background is a light color). I wasn't too bothered by this but it has grown larger and a couple of other spots have developed close to the first spot.

Have you try contacting technical support? I am afraid I am lost on what it could be, try give PCS and they should help you diagnose the issue.
