Ultranote V hinge broken

Hi, unfortunatelly my Ultranote V hinge broke yesterday. I heard a "crack" and I saw some very little black plastic pieces falling down. Now I hear a crack sound opening my laptop lid. The screw is on his side, but his socket must be broken, so the hinge is loose.
I purchased this laptop from PCS in october 2018.
I was just wondering if PCS can sell the exterior case of my laptop, without mobo, battery and lcd screen, so I can replace my broken chassis with a new one, unless you guys have some other good advice.
