Upgrading my current rig.. is it worth it?

At the moment, I have an ASUS Pro Gaming Aura 970 motherboard and an AMD FX 8350 @ 4 GHz cpu (4.2 GHz turbo).
I want to upgrade but the best CPU I can get for this mb is the FX 9590 @ 4.7 Ghz (5 GHz turbo).
I know its not a massive jump but would it help? Is it worth it for the extra money?
As a new motherboard and cpu is a lot more money..

No it wasn't from PC Specialist, just after some advice. Although I have just read somewhere that the max cpu watts on the 970 mb is up to 125w, the 9590 is 220w..
Is there any way to up the wattage output?
