They do indeed, but there are some restrictions.

they won’t upgrade the motherboard as that essentially means a whole new build anyway.

if you log into your main PCS account and go to the upgrades section you’ll see what’s available on your current build.

what are your specs and what are you planning to upgrade?

I have a GTX 1060 6GB with a Intel Core i5-6500 3.20GHz
With 16gb of ram
And I believe my motherboard is the gigabyte z170x gaming

I am wanting to upgrade my CPU to a i7 because I would like to stream but I cannot have stable FPS because my CPU is constantly on 100%

Also I cant remember the account that I bought my PC on, would there be any way of verification that I can show

This is not a good idea.

Buying an obsolete CPU will only get you so far. An AMD R5 3600 or R7 2700x would be a much better way to go. Needs a new motherboard and RAM but if you're already spending a load on a 6/7th gen i7 and not achieving particularly good results it's probably wiser to just buy something that will just work.

Or just using the GPU to stream. That's what Geforce Experience is for, or you can get OBS to use NVENC

Also I cant remember the account that I bought my PC on

Enter the email address you used and it'll let you reset the password.

What would be the best thing to buy, If I bought amd how much would it be for the cpu and the other things I need to buy.

Also,I don't know the email to the account

What is your whole spec? You could definitely send the case in if it's appropriate. Not sure if PCS would re-use the PSU or not, depends what spec it is anyway whether it would be useful.

That doesn't really tell us much.

How do you not know which email address it was under or what the specs are, sorry, I just don't understand that?

I bought the PC 3 years ago, my uncle knows a lot about PC's so he made the account and the PC. I asked him for the email but he has forgotten. Also what do I need to show about my specs?
