Can you please post your spec?
Some Motherboards come with USB 3.0 Ports as standard (onboard) and some don't - so we need to know which motherboard you are ordering before confirming this.
If you order a USB 3.0 PCI Express Card, then there will be 2 USB 3.0 Ports on this. There will also be the ports which come as standard on the Motherboard but as mentioned above, different motherboards have different USB Ports as standard
