Useful news from PCS

Just had this response from PCS: "The Issue with the Lafité model is that the SATA controller is limited to RST Premium which interferes with NVMe drivers in Linux. We're addressing this with a BIOS update which Clevo are already working on. Please understand that we have no timeframe as to when this would be available.

The NOVA however isn't limited in the same way and you can choose SATA controller to be either AHCI or RAID. The Nova should have no issues with Linux installations."

Am quite happy with that response as do not expect any Linux support, just do not want obstacles put in the way of 'nix users. Also good news for Lafitte pro owners as there should be a proper Clevo/PCS BIOS available in the future.
