Bit of a beast, well lot of a beast really, something of an overkill, a retirement present to myself
5900HX, 64Gb ram, RTX 3070, 6Tb of storage in total. I added a 34 inch 3440 x 1440 iiyama G-Master Red Eagle and a logitech G815 keyboard.
BTW you can run 3440 x 1440 at 144Hz using the USB-C port and a USB-C to DP cable.
Using Ryzen Controller you can quickly adjust the power settings if you wish
I got this mostly for photo and movie editing along with a graphics tablet, and so far I am well pleased with it. It's quiet and runs cool enough for my needs and it's soon to be linked to a 1Gb broadband as well. Yes it's a bit pricey but no more so than any of the branded laptops but with next to no bloat other than the carp that M$ add in LoL.
Don't mind the chopped off display on the laptops monitor, that's because it's running at 3440 x 1440 for the second display.
And as an aside, jpegs make every colour blown out! Give me RAW files everyday (That green is far more muted than how it's being shown here!)
Am I pleased? Yes. Was it worth the price? Yes
