My PC has apparently been built, configured and tested in less than 8 hours. Is that normal? The automated email I was originally sent indicated up to 24 hours just for the test, followed by up to 48 hours QA.
Very fast build and test time...

I received the commence build email at 10:34, the commence test email at 12:36 and the dispatch email at 18:23

No worries, happy to help when I can. Just so you know, live chat is only functional on a computer, you can’t do it on your phone 👍
