Very little communication

So I ordered a new rig about the start/middle of December, now not heard anything from pc specialist since pressing the order button, it has been stuck in pre processing for a while so I decided to ring them yesterday, after spending 3 and half hours on hold I finally got through to be told I probably won't recieve my pc for a few months! Maybe March or so, now look I don't have a major problem with that, sure its a little annoying, but what's really annoyed me is 1 email is all it would have took to say there's delays and might be ALOT longer than expected and I could have saved myself over 3 hours wait

I am in a similar boat to Danny having ordered and then silence. I know there are parts of this that are out of PCS control but I think this might be the last time I use them. Very disappointing service levels indeed.

I had a grumble about the delays so it is only fair that I acknowledge when things get addresses. Once I finally got to speak to someone (Alice and one other person on the phone whose name I cannot remember, I apologise) they were incredibly helpful. I maintain that more communication (and potentially more staff) would be beneficial, however, when you do get to speak to their people they do their best to resolve your issues quickly.

@ubuysa I just realised I didn't reply to the full spec question, a spec which changed this week.

Change to: ASUS® TUF GAMING B550-PLUS WiFi (DDR4, USB 3.2, 6Gb/s) - ARGB Ready!

CORSAIR 750W RMx SERIES™ MODULAR 80 PLUS® GOLD, ULTRA QUIET

Turns out the Radeon 6800 XT does not fit in a Corsair Crystal Series 280X so I had to bump from mATX/ITX to ATX. I expect they will be updating their configurator for the SFF systems shortly.

Without trying to be rude or anything, I'm pretty sure @ubuysa was asking the OP @Danny41991 :)
