Hey guys,

Ordered this Friday at about 3 o'clock! I received an e-mail yesterday morning saying its been built and is awaiting test and QC! Hopefully it will fly through the rest off the processes and I'll have my laptop sooner then I would have thought! Although the status hasn't changed since yesterday so maybe i just got my hopes up! Its only the third working day.

Only thing I changed was the thermal compound, for £9 i decided it was worth it.

Think the spec is pretty well rounded, just going to be my normal day to day laptop with some gaming etc..?

I am terribly impatient!

Just received an email saying awaiting dispatch! This is the 4th working day and standard build time.

Amazing turnaround time!

Funny you should say that, i originally planned on getting the optimus iv, but i wanted a back-lit keyboard and well, i may have got carried away with configuring it :p

just got the tracking order so will receive it tomorrow i would have thought!

Shame i've got a busy day at work, should find time to write up my thoughts and afew pictures though.

ooh does make me envious with that kind of build time (4 days) - if only... mine was that straightforward - makes me hope more than ever mine goes into build stage ( 15 working days on my optimus IV) fingers crossed for tomorrow. enjoy your pc

Laptop received and using it right now, will write up a review once i've had a chance to use it as just downloading all my rubbish onto it now.

First thoughts; What a beast, looks better then the photos and built quality/fit and finish is second to non, can't find a fault.

Metro 2033 is downloading as we speak.
