hi , I received my vortex 3 and when i turned it on I noticed a control panel icon on the bottom right in the task tray. the control pael window was black but did not notice what it included since i formated after that immediately. I installed all the drivers but i dont have that black control panel. Anyone know how to install it and what it is used for ? and if it is required ? or a reply from a pcspecialist would be nice aswell
