Vortex 3 CPU Core temps

Seem a bit high to you? This is with a Zalman 3000s (terrible cooling tray btw) and THIS: thing blaring next to it :

It is rather. My 3740QM hovers around the high 50s/low 60s with minimal load.

That's my technique with desktops Though with my laptop it's usually me picking clumps of dog hair out of the heatsink grill.
