Are the drivers that came in the Utilities CD 2 months ago still the latest drivers for the V3? My CCC seems to be lacking tabs and options, like no Information tab.
You are welcome to download and install the drivers from the ATI website however these might not be the best version for your laptop, possibly causing it to crash. If this happs you should revert back to the original drivers we supplied.
Easy answer is stability and for trouble shooting go wih the PCS default drivers. If you want to play games go with ATI's. At least this was the rule I stuck with with Alienware. Dells drivers were two years old yet their support would only insist i use theirs. Lol I think not.
