I want to move from Windows 8 to Windows 7 but lack the compatible drivers for Windows 7. Is there any way I can download them without logging on to my account? I forgot both the email and password for the account that I ordered with.

Help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Why do you want to downgrade? Be aware that eventually support for Windows 7 will be withdrawn (although that may be some years away) and so you'll have to go to Windows 8 at some stage (or a derivative of it).

If you just don't like the Modern UI then get hold of Start8 from http://www.stardock.com/products/start8/. It costs just under 5 US Dollars and it gives you back the familiar Windows 7 Start button and Start Menu. With Start8 you'll never need to see the modern UI again.
