Is this budget just for the tower? No peripherals? If so, this is what I would recommend.... note it's a bit over budget.

If you want to get inside the budget you could...
Drop the CPU to the 2600, although I think the 350mhz will be worth it for VR
Drop to 8GB of 2666mhz RAM. This is tough because you really want the faster RAM, if it was 8GB of 2933mhz then it wouldn't have been so bad.
Personally I would look to spend the extra though.

The above spec looks good.
If you need to trim £, I'd go with the R5 2600 (non-x). As performance is pretty similar and you can always upgrade to Zen 2 if you find yourself need way more CPU performance in the future.
You could drop to the 550 VS PSU, though ideally I too would stick to the TXm PSU.
