I received the custom build laptop around 2 weeks ago. This is my second laptop purchase after a gap of 9 years. So I'm to share my experience by comparing the latest purchase with my old laptop.

My new laptop PCS Vyper series:

Vyper Series: 17.3" Matte Full HD 144Hz
Intel® Core™ i7 Eight-Core Processor 10875H
32GB Corsair 2666MHz
NVIDIA® GeForce® RTX 2060 - 6.0GB GDDR6
2TB SAMSUNG 970 EVO PLUS M.2, PCIe NVMe (up to 3500MB/R, 3300MB/W)
ARCTIC MX-4 EXTREME THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY COMPOUND
Vyper Series Integrated 91WH Lithium-Ion Battery
Windows 10 Professional 64 Bit - inc. Single Licence
VYPER 17 SERIES RGB BACKLIT USA KEYBOARD

My old laptop:

What I'm happy with:
- The raw performance of the laptop.
- Battery life is good given the configuration of the laptop.
- Graphics performance switch (office/ turbo/ game toggle) - it was a big surprise for me.
- RBG Backlight keyboard.
- Silent most of the times while in office mode.
- Good enough ports and expandable options.
- Location of the ports.

What I'm not happy with:
- Touchpad getting in between while typing.
- Working with a not full-sized keyboard.
- Position of the webcam and mic.

I'm getting used to:
- Not a full-size keyboard compared to my old 15.6" laptop.
- Bulky power adapter (weighs heavier than the laptop).

Improvement suggestion:
- Curved edge on the front would have improved the experience.
- Introduce full-size keyboard on a 17.3".
- Physical switch to on/off wifi and Bluetooth (single switch to control both).
- Physical switch to on/off the camera.
