Want to build a low end gaming rig

Hi there,this is my first time posting here and building a rig...please be nice to me
As the title stated,i'm not a hardcore gamer...i only wanted to play some online games(DoTA 2,HoN,Dragon Nest) and some offline games(PES 2013,NBA 2K13,The Sims 3)
My budget is around 575$(not including keyboard,mouse,and speaker)...

After browsing here and there,i've come up with spec like this :
CPU - AMD Phenom II X4 955 3,2GHz Black Edition Cache 6MB 125W(AM3)
Mobo - ASRock 970 Pro3 (AM3,USB3,SATA3)
HDD - Seagate 500GB SATA 3
RAM - Gskill DDR3 PC10600 4GB NT Single Channel F3-10600CL9S-4GBNT / 9-9-9-24
VGA - XFX Radeon HD5750 DDR5 128Bit - HD-575X-ZMF3 - Standard - Fansink
PSU - Antec VP450 - 450W
Case - Infinity K-61G
Fan - Cooler Master 90 CFM LED Silent Fan 120mm 2000RPM
Monitor - AOC 21,5" E2250SWDA LED

Total 560$...Price was taken from www.enterkomputer.com 15 January 2013(i'm Indonesian)

Is it enough to play the games i mentioned above at the highest settings??

And please give me some advices too Thanks a lot

It's probably not immediately obvious from the site address, but PC Specialist is actually the name of a retailer of UK computer systems. It's not a generic website for PC advice. They do some delivery to Europe, but unfortunately not to Indonesia.

As for your your build, its not bad for the budget, but I'd try to get a better graphics card if you can, something like a 6670 is still fairly cheap but better. The games you listed don't require particularly powerful computers but you may still need to stick to medium settings.
