Want to Change Case but There is No option in the Upgrade menu?

Hi
Last year(or maybe the year before) I bought a pc mainly for gaming.
Now a year or two later I am regret getting the case I did and would like to also upgrade some of my components in my pc.
So I went to the upgrade tab and and chose the components I would like to upgrade. But I could not seem to find an option to change the case of the pc.
I'm not sure if it's simply that Pc specialist won't change cases or if the option just is not shown.
But since they build them every day I don't see why they couldn't take apart mine and then rebuild it with a few different components and a new case?
So if any one has any idea if I can change the case or if I will have to do it myself (which I don't want to since I always break things)
I would greatly appreciate your comments.
Thanks

I don't believe they do case upgrades (or motherboard upgrades either), mainly because it would comprise of completely taking apart the PC and rebuilding from scratch, whereas components like graphics cards can easily be swapped - so they will upgrade them.
So I think if you want to change case you'll have to do it yourself.

It's the
CoolerMaster Silencio 550
I think

I want a new one since I now think it's ugly and does not have enough fans.

Have you checked to see how many fans you have and how many the case can hold? You can easily get new fans and add them within minutes :)
