Web camera not working

I bought the following (see below) Laptop a few months ago to do some python development on, it works wonderfully, however I noticed the integrated webcam doesn't work, cant see in hardware profile either, any suggestions on how to fix this?

Firstly if you haven't already done so, remove Bullguard from the machine. Many threads on here where it has caused various issues and main advice from our experienced users is just use the built in Windows Defender.

Next you can try running the hardware troubleshooter and select any fixes suggested.

Also you could check to make sure Windows isn't restricting access to the webcam by making sure "allow apps to access your camera" is set to on

Is there a function (Fn) key on that laptop to turn the camera on and off? On some models there is....
