Website Tech Support page

Just a basic query. I sent a Tech Support message using the Website, however when I look at Sent Messages it shows no messages. This resulted me in sending again and with the same result had to email Tech support. Perhaps I have misunderstood this feature.

I think they're in process of migrating their tech support messaging to a new system, so yes the messages are not displayed, but they are received. I've had the same experience recently, but PCS did get the request and respond.

Yes they did reply, but as I had sent two online messages and an email I had 3 separate support guys respond to the same query.
