What are you using the PC for?
If it's gaming then the first thing I'd suggest a graphics card upgrade, but your choices will be lmited by your PSU.
Maybe a bigger monitor :)
Maybe a faster hard drive such as the Caviar Blacks or Seagate Barracudas

i occasionally use it for gaming, but not too often :p i was thinking about upgrading my sound card? does it make the sound output any better?

i'm using a 19 inch and 22 inch monitor dual-setup, i like it :p

Upgrading the sound isn't really worth it, unless your into music production or something similar. For most people the best way to upgrade the sound quality is with a nice set of speakers.

The only real areas i can see room for an upgrade would be the same as Rakk pointed out. If your looking for more gaming performance, you could probably fit a 7850 in their with that PSU.
