Those read/write speeds are not much of an improvement over a mechanical hard drive. With an SSD, you want to look out for at least 400 MB/s transfer rates for both.

Here's a good resource, http://thessdreview.com/ I haven't found any reviews on the WD A100 anywhere on the net - for a good reason I presume.

Are you looking for an mSata SSD or a regular one? Mushkin Atlas & Crucial m4 are currently the best in mSata field.
