What monitor do you have? Make and model or resolution and refresh rate would be handy to know so we can pair an appropriate card.
In all honesty I would be looking to improve components rather than save you money. Your storage, PSU and cooler are all a little lacking.

Hi,
What do you think? help me to improve the Build trying to keep this budget, the use I would make of it is gaming and work on 3D programs (Cimatron, AutoCad, FluidSim, Inventor).
As a screen it is currently a fairly old Philips, but for the moment it is fine.
Also I have doubts about the motherboard and processor cooling, although some say I can very well save money by taking the standard AMD CPU cooling.

Hey,
This looks pretty solid, but I would recommend a few changes to really make the most of your budget.
I would swap out the Samsung SSD for the 1TB Intel 670p m.2 drive, it will offer much faster speeds (up to five times faster) for about the same price or possibly even cheaper.
I like to give a little room for the PSU and would recommend the 750 or 850W RMx for better components and room for upgrades.
Upgrading the wireless card to the AX200 gives access to the faster 5.0GHz channel as well as Bluetooth support. If you are using Ethernet this can also be dropped entirely.
You should be able to source a decent 1080p monitor for around 200 euros (not sure of prices in Italy, I know regional variations exist and I’m afraid I only have knowledge of availability in the UK). Popular options we recommend are the AOC 242GU and the MSI G241. These are both 1080p 144hz IPS displays which will be great for both gaming and your 3D work.

I listened to your advice, now it's much better. No problem mate, happy to help! You’re doing very well speaking in your second language, I can guarantee that my Italian is far worse than your English! 😂
The STRIX B550 board is very capable, but if you wanted you could switch to the TUF B550 Wifi without any issues. This means you could also save a little bit of money, and you wouldn’t need the wireless card as it comes included in the motherboard.
For cooling, if you were just gaming I would say that the default cooler would be fine, but because of your 3D work spending a little bit of money on the cooler would be something I would recommend.
I think 500GB is a good size for an OS drive, and the price difference between 250 and 500GB is not worth downgrading in my opinion.
