What do you think of this CPU chip?

Hi guys,
What do you think of this CPU? AMD FX 8150 (8 x 3.6 GHZ)
and paired with this motherboard? Gigabyte GA-78LMT/USB3 (AMD 760G) - VGA/DVI/HDMI*

I'll be using my PC to watch TV/movies online mostly. Not for gaming at all but I still want it to be quite fast and handle many applications at the same time.

Hi,

I've done some intensive cpu benchmarks on that very processor but on an Asus Sabertooth board and it was quicker than an off the shelf HP desktop running an i7 2600 processor.

If it is for gaming and online browsing you coud go with a cheaper processor unless you are planning to run more cpu intensive applications. The FX-8350 should be better than the FX-8150 and I think they have a similar price.
