What happens to the old parts after upgrading?

Hi, after your PC is upgraded by PCSpecialist, what happens to the old parts?

you receive them separately from what i read somewhere else on the forum

When you choose an upgrade you can choose to install it yourself, in which case the new component would simply be shipped out.

If you choose for PCS to perform the upgrade on your behalf, you will pay a fee and although I'm not 100% certain whether shipped with the PC or seperately, I'm fairly sure they will send the old component back with the PC as @MichalLosonsky966 said above.
