What is the process for returns & repairs for a laptop screen with a faulty display

My laptop screen has stopped displaying.

This happened during normal use. Other functions appeared to be working correctly, with sound, and hard drive / power LEDs still on.

The screen does not display anything during POST either.

So when you boot up the laptop your not getting any of the usual boot up graphics either.

If you log onto the PCS webby its on the bottom left REQUEST AN RMA.

You could always give them a call to perhaps the lead to the monitor has just come loose.
