What laptop would be best for me??

Hi,

I'm completely clueless but I'm wanting to buy a new laptop to use for basic photo editing and gaming. I would need it to be not mega expensive - ideally under £600. Can anyone help me figure out what would be best??

It depends what you mean by basic gaming. If you mean 2D pixel art games, there might be options, but if you mean any more demanding gaming then PC Specialist don't have anything to offer in that price range.

The best they might have is the Cosmos with its MX250, and an MX 250 is not a gaming GPU.

If you are lucky, you might find a special offer on an off the shelf laptop on other online stores with a GTX 1050, preferably 1050 ti, that can at least pass for an entry-level gaming laptop. But if there are no such deals then £600 is pretty low level for a gaming laptop.

What sort of price would I be looking at for one that could play something like final fantasy 14 online? Thats probably the most demanding thing I would be playing. I would also need one that I could use photo shop or something similar to that on. Thanks
