What should I change in my £3000 Gaming configuration?

Hello everyone
It's my first time buying a PC and I'm spending over 3.000 GBP on it.

I got myself a Graphics Card here in Switzerland where I'm from, the MSI Suprim X RTX 3080

For the cooling I took a standard one from PCSPECIALIST, but at home I'll install a Noctua NH-D15s

I chose the smallest RAM because once delivered I'll install a 32 gb G.Skill Trident Z Royal 4000 Mhz (2x 16 gb)

And for storage I also took the cheapest option because I'll install instead
1 X Corsair MP600 Pro 1tb
1 X Corsair MP600 Pro 2tb

Bellow is my configuration, any ideas of what I could change?
Any recommendation of a nice monitor?
I was thinking about Samsung Odyssey G5 but is FreeSync.

There isn't much to add mate I guess that's why it's been quiet. It's a solid solid build

The only downside is your monitor choice. I have a G5 and love it but I also have a 3060Ti. For the 3080 you really want a monitor like the Samsung G9 to make use of that beast of the GPU

It'll barely break a sweat on a G5

The G9 is one option, or there's a sudden slew of good looking 4K 144Hz monitors in the £600-800 price range, like the Gigabyte M28U, the Samsung G7 (the new one that's not on sale yet, not the old 1440p 240Hz curved one), or supposedly the Eve Spectrum. They'd all be a much better match for that build than the excellent value but middling performance of the G5.

i woupd personally avoid the eve spectrum, all the reviews ive seen have been pretty poor

Really? The reviews I've seen have been good, with the ever-present caveat about the company itself and its unreliability.
Most of the features they promised aren’t there so most early backers received refunds. Then it was delays for a year, and from what I’ve seen, it’s poor compared to the gigabyte which is around the same money.

Edit, doing a quick search, there are a load of new reviews and you’re right, it looks like they’ve made some pretty drastic changes before final release, I hadn’t seen these latest reports:

My concern with it will be build quality over the long term and panel/backlight failure, but that’s purely down to their reputation

Totally: these are all my concerns as well. Hence the "supposedly" in my original comment. I'd definitely prefer the Gigabyte (the Hardware Unboxed review is awesome) or the Samsung, depending on the price when they're on sale in the UK.

Are there any rumours on the Samsung release date yet?

I've just seen that Currys have it for £699, apparently in stock.

I've not seen any real reviews of it yet, though and I hadn't actually realised it was available anywhere.
Wow, I didn't realise it was ready for release now at all, that's really come under the radar! Must hunt for some reviews.... nice find (y)

Thansk for all the replies guys.

It makes sense to invest in a good monitor
The G9 got a new version that is now is Odyssey G9 Neo.

Based on the review of LINUS T T is seems to be quite nice, but the price is too high, well that's a 49 inches
The 34..32.. and bellow will be more affordable
