My guess is that their mailbox is full due to the volume of queries and that's why it was auto deleted.

I've been emailing PCS about various things over the last couple of weeks - questions about hardware, costs, build time. They've responded to every one of them, including taking the time to send me answers on the weekend at least once. And I'm not the easiest person to deal with. I doubt this was intentional.

There were some known issues with the email system recently. I believe it was the same thing where the mailbox was full and customers were receiving delivery failed messages.

As suggested, you can see by the time frames at all that it was an auto-reject.
