When I turn on my PC it beeps one long and four short beeps?

When you start your PC the motherboard does a self-check and a single beep is what we want to hear. But if you hear more than that, it’s basically your motherboard saying it found a faulty component.
A long and four short beeps is a bit trickier, as the motherboard is just saying it found a failure of a hardware component(s) and doesn’t say which one. In most cases reseating the RAM and trying it without the dedicated graphics card won’t help, but you can still go ahead and try it out just in case.

Hopefully, you get some other kind of error message or blue screen, too, so we’d need to look at the combination of errors you see. If you do not feel too “techy” yourself, it would be best to RMA the whole system so our technicians can check the components one after another.
