When you start your PC the motherboard does a self-check and a single beep is what we want to hear. But if you hear more than that, it’s basically your motherboard saying it found a faulty component.

One continuous beep followed by three short beeps indicate it’s the graphics card and at this stage would be to take out the dedicated graphics card, if you feel confident in doing so (ring us, we can help!) and plug the monitor to the onboards graphics if your motherboard has them.

Here is a video on how to reseat a GPU: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IqnYWsHNGaI&feature=youtu.be

If your PC works fine without the GPU we have found out the culprit and you should get in touch with us to see if the GPU is either covered through us or the manufacturer’s warranty. You can however use the PC for now with just the onboards graphics, so you at least see something at all on the screen.
