Wifi problem: Can't connect to this network

All, I know this issue occurred 3 years ago but has anyone conjured some resolutions for this specific WiFi Card?
Recently moved accommodation and haven't used my pc for over a year - brought it w/ me for productivity reasons and I am unable to connect to the WiFi in the accommodation. My iPhone connects w/ 0 issues and I am constantly tethering my hotspot to gain access to online facilities. Can anyone please advise any troubleshoots? I have uninstalled the driver and downloaded the new one via the Realtek website. Tia if this does end up reaching someone!

Is this a pcspecialist machine? Can you post your full specs from the order page?
