I dont know much but is it a zotac and are they that good or is it something else or should a buy a graphics card separately and what would you suggest the graphics card is a 3070 or 3070 ti

The NVidia card that is not stated with a brand is normally one of Zotac, Palit or Gigabyte, though not guaranteed.

PCS get a selection of those ones normally so it will be whatever is at the top of the pile when its time for your build.

My 770 from PCS was a Palit and still worked fine when I replaced it 3-4 years later
My 1070 from PCS was a Zotac and I retired it after 5 years - it still works fine but I just wanted a bit more oomph as it was getting old.
My 3070 from PCS is a Gigabyte and its doing perfectly fine (about a year old now I think - maybe a little less)

I was quite happy to get mine through PCS and which ever one they sent me as then their warranty covers all the bits of my PC, mine seems to be perfectly fine and does the job I need it to with no issues - personally I never bother to really compare against other variants of the same model as all it will do is probably make me disappointed unless I'm lucky enough to get the best one (probably at a price premium)

I don’t really know what to do as the new cpus ram and stuff are out and I have a budget of 2000 and I would like the 7700x and a 3070 and not sure if you can get that under 2k also a good cooler is required

Adding the 7700x and 3070 alone to the basic build brings it to over £2K. And that's before you select a decent case, cooler, RAM, storage etc. So I think you need to lower your spec or stick to AM4, Intel 12th Gen

You’re around £200 over budget with that spec. Two weaknesses I see with that spec is slower Ram (6000MHz is optimum) and storage (only a single SSD and a slow one at that).

And forget the Norton AV trial. Windows own built in protection is as good as any.
Any permanently on AV is a performance hog, and even trial versions are difficult to remove totally. They leave traces everywhere.
I use Malwarebytes free, as a back-up. I have to start it to run a periodic scan, just for peace of mind. So not permanently on. (It does nag me to install the full, permanently on version though).
If you were thinking of the games optimisation part. Nvidia Experience is free with an Nvidia board. And as it's Nvidia, using it to optimise games for your computer and gpu is childs play. It also notifies you of any gpu driver updates etc, depending on your personal preferences and settings.
