Hi,
I am trying to re-install windows 10 on my PC Specialist laptop.
When I tried to boot using the Windows 10 USB drive (tested on other devices), it went into a vertical rainbow lines screen and froze there. When I clicked a key, it briefly showed the windows logo.
Any help will be appreciated - Thanks
A few observations:
* Currently my laptop shuts downs and starts up normally, but if I chose "restart" it freezes in a black screen
