A few days ago my aio started to open in Desktop & I can't access Start Screen, apps/charms. The only way I can see to remedy this is to open a new account...i) Any other suggestions?
ii) Does anyone know how I transfer my apps & files from my current Admin. log in to a new login????
It seems to just be my Admin account that has the problem as the new account I setup opens in Start screen & my husband's account opens in Start Screen.
