So where does it get to when booting when you see that code?

Were there any changes previous to the issue?

When you say you can't reboot with windows 8 disk what do you mean, ie, fresh install or repair or just unable to boot into the dvd?

Edit: I don't mean to sound picky with these questions, it's just to highlight as much info as possible to help identify the cause.

Do you mean you can't do a normal boot from your hard disk? Or do you mean you can't boot the Windows installation DVD that came with the PC?

If you can't boot from the hard disk then boot the Windows installation DVD and select the "Startup Repair" and see whether that can fix your problem.

If you can't boot the DVD then you may have a more serious problem.

As SyderTracks said, what have you changed? Problems like this very rarely just happen, almost always something has changed. Nobody here will be judgemental if you think you might have done something stupid, but it's important that we know what has changed to cause this issue.
